Vendor Registration Goes Live 9/1/2026

We strive to offer the community high quality agricultural goods from local growers, ranchers, gourmet artisan foods, showcase local artists and curators.

The support of our vendors and patrons allow us to award scholarships each year to graduating Rockwall county seniors who have participated in agricultural related programs.

Our Vendors will be set up surrounding the Historic Rockwall County Courthouse in downtown Rockwall, TX.  We are seeking vendors who honor and celebrate the western lifestyle as well as .

Vendors will be open 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

All Vendors must complete the online application below and pay the fee to be considered.

All fees are non refundable after November 7, 2026. 

We anticipate filling up quickly!

Booths spaces are 10 x 10, $25 each.

Multiple booths may be reserved by same vendor.

All Vendor booth locations will be placed by the committee.  All Vendors must stay open the entire event from 9am to 1pm on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

This is a first pay/complete app gets the spot. 

THERE WILL BE NO HOLDS FOR SPOTS WITHOUT APP AND PAYMENT COMPLETED. 

After you complete the online application and payment you will receive an email if your booth is not approved within a few days, if not approved you will get a refund. The payment receipt email is not confirmation of approval. Please read and complete each section thoroughly as we have made some changes this year. 

Vendor set up begins Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 7:00am. 

Instructions will be emailed closer to the event date.
